3 Ingredient Grasshopper Blended Cocktail

One of my favorite parts of the holidays is all of the traditions — old, new or even just beginning. My family is crazy about Christmas, so not surprisingly, we usually begin decorating early to mid November. A tradition that we hold, is that while we decorate the house for Christmas, we always have Grasshoppers. Grasshoppers for us adults are boozy, minty ice cream shakes - and for the kids, green malts. This is one of my favorite traditions, one I look forward to every year.

Grasshopper Cocktail

Yield: 8oz. glass

Ingredients

24 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream (could substitute dairy free ice cream)
1 oz. Vita Divine Creme de Menthe Liqueur
1 oz. Vita Divine Creme de Cacao Liqueuer

Directions

Add the Ice Cream, Creme de Cacao and Creme de Menthe into blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into your favorite pint glass, add a stainless steel or glass straw and enjoy!

For the kids, eliminate the alcohol, add green food coloring and malt powder for a Grasshopper malt!
